The TOW300 AGV will be demonstrated live in partnership with BlueBotics at its booth (N6951), showcasing the integration of BlueBotics’ advanced navigation technology with MasterMover’s heavy-duty, high-capacity electric tuggers.
The live demonstration, according to the companies, will highlight how easily automation is driving industrial safety, efficiency and therefore significant success for businesses.
TOW300 can handle over 40,000 lbs.
The TOW300 AGV can repeatedly move substantial loads with reliability and precision whether indoors or outdoors. As part of the wider MasterTow range with a capacity of up to 44,000lbs, this adaptable AGV is designed to optimize workflows in industries ranging from industrial manufacturing and distribution to automotive and commercial vehicle assembly, taking on risky material and parts movements as well as repetitive tasks and lineside delivery to increase labor productivity.
“We’re thrilled to demonstrate the TOW300 AGV live at ProMat 2025,” said James Jones, partner and automation expert at MasterMover. “Visitors will get to see firsthand how our towing AGVs improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve the utilization of labor whilst handling much heavier payloads than traditional tow tractor systems and many other AGVs. A towing AGV ultimately creates a flexible train system meaning that more trolleys or carts can be added, maximizing efficiency and increasing throughput”.
The MasterMover booth at ProMat (N6141) will allow visitors to explore its AGV offerings and range of electric tuggers. The company said its commitment to delivering best-in-class material handling offerings is spearheaded by its team of in-house engineers; driven to truly understand customer and industry challenges as well as clients do, to deliver the most effective technologies and make the integration process seamless.
“As many industries turn to automation to stay competitive, ProMat attendees will be able to really explore how AGVs can optimize material flow and eliminate inefficiencies to reduce costs and increase safety - and why a provider with genuine expertise is vital for success,” said Jason Pittsonberger, VP of sales at MasterMover.
