AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. announced the first commercial example of the RoboShare business flywheel, as an upcoming one-year, $33,000 long-term robot rental order helped drive the expansion of an education-sector customer's planned purchase from five NAVI robots to a signed order for 23 FFAI robots.
At the same time, AIxC is launching RoboShare & Co., its North American dealer partner program designed to extend the model to a broader network of partners across robot supply, customer demand, referrals and local fulfillment.
The education-sector customer originally planned to purchase five FX NAVI robots. After seeing the potential for recurring robot utilization demonstrated by RoboShare's long-term rental order, the customer expanded its purchase to a signed order for 23 FFAI robots. The expanded order represents 18 additional robot unit sales for FFAI and broadens the product mix from one model to three.
For AIxC, the transaction demonstrates the initial operation of the RoboShare flywheel: where we anticipate rental demand can support new robot purchases for our partners, which subsequently increases the overall supply on the RoboShare platform.
Starting with FFAI hardware as its first platform partner, RoboShare is designed to seamlessly onboard diverse robot brands, equipment models, and asset owners.
Launching RoboShare & Co. Across North America
Building on this initial order validation, AIxC is launching the RoboShare & Co. North American dealer partner program on August 26, opening five partnership paths for ROBOPAR dealers, asset owners, users, referral partners and rental operators.
The program is designed to bring dealer coverage, robot assets, customer demand, referral channels and local fulfillment capabilities into the RoboShare ecosystem through distinct partnership models.
For dealers, RoboShare can provide an additional post-delivery path for generating rental demand and creating subsequent robot sales opportunities. Asset owners can make eligible robot assets available for rental; users can access robots based on their operational needs; referral partners can introduce potential customers and opportunities; and rental operators can support local deployment and fulfillment.
The model begins with FFAI products while remaining open to additional robot brands, models and asset owners.
In addition, RoboShare & Co. could provide AIxC with a potentially more capital-efficient path to expanding platform supply. By incorporating robots purchased and owned by customers, dealers and other third parties, RoboShare could increase its potential pool of rentable assets without requiring AIxC to purchase and own every robot deployed through the platform.
The model also creates a direct point of coordination between AIxC and partners like FFAI: RoboShare rental demand can support additional robot sales and real-world use cases, while third-party purchases can increase the pool of robot assets potentially available through RoboShare.
Expanding the RoboShare Flywheel
Building on the first order and the launch of RoboShare & Co., RoboShare's next phase will focus on fulfilling the one-year rental order, converting partner participation into rentable assets and local fulfillment capacity, and expanding beyond education into events, commercial services, security, inspection and other applications.
Future expansion will be guided by actual customer demand and order economics and may include additional robot brands, models and asset owners.
AIxC intends to measure progress through actual operating results, the number of robots actually onboarded to RoboShare, fulfillment of the one-year rental order, robots available for rental, utilization, repeat rentals, marketplace transaction volume, platform commissions and direct service revenue.
The signed 23-unit order provides an initial proof of concept for the RoboShare flywheel, while the launch of RoboShare & Co. marks the next stage of expanding the model across North America as AIxC works toward building North America's largest and most diverse robot-sharing platform.
