XTEND AI Robotics, Inc. (“XTEND” or the “Company”), a leader in software systems and Physical AI, announced that its Asia-Pacific subsidiary, Performance Rotors Pte Ltd, successfully completed delivery under a defense contract valued at approximately $2.8 million with a customer in the region. Deliveries were completed in September 2026. The contract is included in the previously provided preliminary, unaudited revenue range of approximately $24.5 to $26.5 million through September 30, 2026.

The contract included 88 unmanned aerial systems, 84 ground control stations and integrated logistics support. The systems are compact, collision-tolerant unmanned aerial platforms designed for rapid deployment in complex urban environments. They were supplied in portable field kits with encrypted communications and software-configured capabilities, and were manufactured at Performance Rotors’ production facilities, part of XTEND’s regional XFAB manufacturing network.

“We are pleased to have successfully completed delivery of this order. Meeting a defense customer’s requirements and quality processes is what matters, and our team in the region delivered on both,” said Aviv Shapira, Co-Founder and CEO of XTEND.

The Asia-Pacific operations form part of XTEND’s global XFAB manufacturing network, designed to support regional production, customer requirements and the scalable delivery of robotic systems across international markets.
