TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX), a leading technology distributor, announced a distribution agreement with KUKA Group, one of the world's leading providers of intelligent end-to-end automation solutions.
The agreement gives TD SYNNEX partners access to KUKA Group's autonomous mobile robot (AMR) portfolio, backed by enablement, technical training and demand generation support designed to help partners develop robotics and automation practices and capture new growth opportunities. The rollout begins in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Benelux, with additional markets planned in the coming quarters.
The initial focus is KUKA Group's autonomous mobile robot portfolio, with collaborative robots, education packages and industrial software expected to follow as the relationship develops.
As artificial intelligence increasingly moves beyond digital applications and into physical environments, KUKA Group and TD SYNNEX see a significant opportunity to help accelerate the adoption of Physical AI. By bringing together operational technology such as robotics and autonomous mobile robots with information technology including AI, cloud, edge computing and data infrastructure, the partnership aims to bridge the traditional gap between OT and IT. Together, KUKA Group and TD SYNNEX will help customers more easily connect, deploy and scale intelligent automation solutions while enabling channel partners to participate in one of the fastest-growing technology opportunities at the intersection of AI and automation.
Until now, demand has been served largely by a specialist operational technology channel with little overlap with the IT reseller ecosystem. TD SYNNEX already works with thousands of partners selling into the industries where robotics is being deployed, including manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce, healthcare and automotive, and will use its end customer insight to help partners identify and address robotics opportunities.
Hugo Graça, Senior Vice President, Specialized Solutions, Europe at TD SYNNEX, said: "Robotics and automation are becoming increasingly relevant across industries including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and automotive. Through this agreement, partners can access KUKA Group's solutions backed by the training, enablement and support needed to develop new skills and create new revenue opportunities. We're excited to help partners take advantage of this opportunity and support end customers as they adopt automation."
Christoph Schell, CEO KUKA Group, said: "AI is increasingly moving from the digital world into physical environments, creating entirely new opportunities for businesses to improve productivity, resilience, and competitiveness. Together with TD SYNNEX, we are expanding our reach into new customer segments and creating a scalable ecosystem that helps companies turn AI innovations into tangible business outcomes. This partnership is an important step in making automation and Physical AI more accessible around the world."
Partner engagement begins immediately across the launch markets, combining executive briefings, technical workshops and digital enablement for both named partner accounts and the wider partner community.
Partners will be supported by product and technical training delivered online and through KUKA Colleges, including sessions in local languages. Dedicated KUKA Group content, training paths and calls to action will be hosted on PartnerFirst, TD SYNNEX's digital growth experience platform.
