Mouser Electronics , Inc., a globally authorized distributor of the latest electronic components and industrial automation products, announced the latest installment in its Empowering Innovation Together (EIT) series, titled Rise of the Robots , exploring the core technologies behind humanoid robots and their transformative potential. This series shows how humanoid robots have evolved from simple machines into vital tools used in human care, industrial automation, education, and even in the harshest environments.
While science fiction has long envisioned humanoid robots, recent advances in sensor technology, actuation, AI, embedded computing, and power systems have facilitated the practical deployment of robots in industrial, medical, and high-risk environments.
