Vention, developer of the world's only full-stack automation platform with an integrated hardware ecosystem, announced the European debut of its third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer (RSP) at Interpack 2026. Simultaneously, the company is expanding its modular conveying ecosystem, underscoring the continued growth of end-of-line packaging automation in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Following its market launch in North America earlier this year, the Rapid Series Palletizer is now also available to EMEA manufacturers as part of Vention's platform-based approach to end-of-line automation. This enables the implementation of complete systems, from case packing and conveyor technology to palletizing, through a single, unified environment.

“Manufacturers are increasingly under pressure to modernize their packaging processes quickly while remaining flexible,” says Andrea Alboni, General Manager for the EMEA region. “Our platform simplifies automation by enabling customers to design, implement, and operate complete end-of-line systems without the integration effort of traditional approaches, achieving payback periods of just 1.3 years and up to 25% lower investment costs compared to conventional automation solutions.”

At Interpack 2026, Vention will be exhibiting together with Universal Robots, demonstrating how collaborative robots and modular automation systems enable flexible packaging automation. The booth will showcase a robot-assisted case-packing cell with a UR10e, Vention's modular conveying ecosystem for product transfer and buffering, and a palletizing system with a UR20, thus illustrating a complete workflow from case packing to palletizing.

Fast commissioning and complete packaging automation

Thanks to Vention's modular hardware ecosystem and MachineMotion AI, the third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer can be operational in just four weeks. Complete end-of-line packaging systems, including conveyor technology, case packing, and palletizing, can be delivered within 12 weeks. This represents a three- to five-times faster implementation compared to traditional automation solutions and enables manufacturers to achieve up to a five-fold return on investment over the typical system lifecycle.

The integrated conveying ecosystem comprises modular O-ring and poly-V conveyors, Vention-developed motors, and plug-and-play controllers based on MachineMotion AI. Programmed via MachineLogic and the Conveyor App, the system enables synchronized product flow, pressureless buffering, and rapid line reconfiguration, with reduced integration complexity thanks to integrated motor connectivity and EtherCAT communication.

The solution is particularly relevant for manufacturers in high-mix and high-variability environments where flexibility and speed are crucial for competitiveness and automation can replace up to 10 full-time employees per shift, thus counteracting the ongoing shortage of skilled workers.

Designed for ease of use across the entire line

Vention's software-driven platform spans the entire end-of-line workflow, from conveyor technology to palletizing, via a unified touchscreen interface and code-free user guidance. Operators can configure conveyor zones, control product flow, create palletizing patterns, and respond to changing production requirements without PLC programming or specialized training.

By using the same platform and touchscreen interface for cobot and industrial palletizers as well as upstream end-of-line systems, Vention reduces operator training requirements, simplifies the operation of multiple lines and locations, and enables manufacturers to scale their automation without individual integration or redesign, with a commissioning time of only 1 to 3 days to full production capacity.

Productivity through networked machines

Unlike conventional palletizers, the Rapid Series Palletizer is networked from the ground up, with integrated LTE connectivity via MachineMotion AI. The solution includes remote support with access to Vention automation experts within 10 minutes, as well as RemoteView and MachineAnalytics for real-time performance insights to maximize uptime and accelerate problem resolution. This allows manufacturers to reduce downtime and resolve issues faster thanks to instant remote diagnostics.
