AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIXC) ("AIxC" or the "Company") announced continued development of its RoboShare robot-sharing marketplace, including merchant-facing technology upgrades and progress toward a standardized operating framework for third-party partners across the United States.
The initiatives are designed to support robot onboarding, rental configuration, regional fulfillment and project transactions as RoboShare continues to develop its U.S. commercial ecosystem.
RoboShare connects robot owners and operators with customers seeking access to robotic capabilities for specific projects and use cases. The latest developments focus on two operating priorities: expanding RoboShare's network of qualified third-party participants and strengthening the technology and processes that support merchant onboarding and commercial transactions.
Expanding RoboShare's U.S. Partner Network
RoboShare has identified a number of potential third-party partners across the United States and has begun outreach, including discussions with selected robot rental companies, equipment owners and local deployment providers regarding potential cooperation across equipment supply, transportation, on-site operation, maintenance and regional fulfillment.
To support the onboarding of qualified third-party partners, RoboShare is developing a standardized partner qualification policy and master agreement framework covering company and equipment verification, operator training, project work orders, insurance and safety requirements, fulfillment records and settlement procedures.
The framework is designed to support three primary partnership models: local service partners providing transportation, setup, operation and teardown; equipment partners making eligible robots available for customer projects; and integrated partners providing both robots and trained personnel.
RoboShare's previously announced paid commercial deployments provide initial examples of customer demand for robot rental and on-site deployment services. Under the developing third-party operating framework, qualified partners could participate in suitable projects based on available equipment, trained personnel, geographic service coverage and individual project requirements.
By incorporating robots and operating capabilities from qualified third parties, RoboShare is working to broaden the range and geographic availability of robotic services accessible through its marketplace while establishing more standardized processes for equipment verification, service delivery and project fulfillment.
Technology Upgrades Support Merchant and Robot Onboarding
Alongside its partner network development, RoboShare has introduced technology upgrades focused on merchant onboarding, robot asset identification and flexible rental configurations.
The merchant platform now includes password-management functionality and an updated partner application process designed to simplify initial onboarding. Merchants can submit core company and operating information first and provide certain supporting materials, including insurance documentation, later in the qualification process. Required documentation must be reviewed before final approval or participation in an eligible project deployment.
RoboShare has also added functionality allowing merchants to register individual robots using serial numbers, providing standardized identifiers that can support equipment verification, project matching, handover records and asset management.
The platform now supports monthly and annual rental configurations, giving merchants greater flexibility to structure robot availability based on robot type, customer requirements and service duration. These options complement shorter-term project deployments and are intended to support customers seeking extended access to robotic capabilities.
RoboShare has also completed technical testing of an online payment integration, which remains in pre-launch preparation. Confirmed enterprise orders can currently use documented offline payment arrangements for contract-based purchases, customized services and other approved business transactions.
"Building a scalable robot-sharing marketplace requires more than making robots available online. It requires the technology, operating standards and local capabilities that can connect equipment owners, service providers and customers through a repeatable process," said Jerry Wang, CEO of AIxC. "These developments represent another step in building that infrastructure as we continue expanding RoboShare's U.S. commercial ecosystem."
RoboShare Invites U.S. Partners to Participate
RoboShare is inviting robot rental companies, robot owners and regional service providers with transportation, deployment, operation or maintenance capabilities to apply for potential cooperation.
